L'azienda in questione opera nel settore della ristorazione. Si parla sempre di horeca, prodotti alimentari per ipermercati, mense, tavole calde e "systeemgastronomie", che io intendo come "gastronomia industriale", che in rete da molti riscontri.
Voi cosa capite o come rendereste il termine ? Grz !

si trova (poche hit, solo 14, c'è addirittura una docente di una facoltà che la insegna come parte di un corso) è anche vero che in olandese stesso non ricorre moltissimo come termine.
