1. Vorbereitung
Vor der ersten Benutzung aus der Lackierrolle fabrikationsbedingte lose Härchen ausstreichen oder absaugen.
Lackierrolle auf den Bügel aufstecken.
Lack, Holzschutzmittel oder Farbe gründlich durchrühren und bei Bedarf nach Herstellerangaben verdünnen.
Material anschließend in die Farbwanne einfüllen.
2. Farbaufnahme
Lackierrolle leicht in die Farbe eintauchen bis die
Härchen satt mit Farbe getränkt sind. Überschüssige
Farbe auf der Farbabstreiffläche der Farbwanne abrollen.
3. Anstreichen
Lack, Holzschutzmittel oder Farbe auf die Fläche auftragen und mit wenig Druck in eine Richtung gleichmäßig verteilen. Der superfeine Flock der Lackierrolle ist besonders für die Bearbeitung glatter Oberflächen zum spiegelglatten Lackieren geeignet.
4. Reinigung
Lackierrolle gründlich ausrollen. Dispersionsfarben und
wasserlösliche Lacke unter fließend lauwarmem Wasser
auswaschen und abschließend in lauwarmem Seifenwasser endreinigen. Bei der Verarbeitung von lösungsmittelhaitigen Materialien Lackierrolle in Terpentin, Terpentinersatz oder Pinselreiniger ausdrücken und mit lauwarmem Seifenwasser endreinigen. Lackierrolle niemals in Wasser oder Lösungsmittel aufbewahren, sondern gut belüftet nach dem Reinigen trocknen lassen.

3. Verniciare
Applicare la vernice, il colore, o il protettore per legno sulla superficie e distribuire uniformemente in una direzione premendo poco. Le fibre superfine del rullo sono indicate per lavorare superfici lisce in superfici verniciate estremamente lisce.
4. Pulizia
Far rotolare abbondantemente il rullo. Sciacquare in acqua tiepida i colori e le vernici solubili in acqua e, alla fine, in acqua e sapone. Nel caso di utilizzo di vernici con solventi, spremere bene il rullo in acquaragia, equivalente dell'acquaragia o diluente, lavare poi con acqua e sapone. Non conservare mai il rullo in acqua o diluente, ma lasciare seccare bene all'aria.

Source text - English First glance at the microevolutionary dynamics of a noncoding region
Studies of the glucose-lactose metabolism in bacteria had shown for the first time that not only DNA segments – that house the reading frames for the synthesis of enzymes –
are important for the regulation of sugar metabolism, but also adjacent DNA regions: the so-called promoters.
Subsequently it has been shown in numerous examples from flora and fauna that these flanking DNA regions bring about genetic characteristics of an organism or a species.
Scientists in the Department of Genetics and Evolution (Prof. Dr. Thomas Mitchell-Olds) went one step further: They focused on the evolution of these promoter regions by examining a DNA fragment consisting of approximately 1339
nucleotides of the 5’ region of the chalcone synthase (CHS) gene in Arabidopsis thaliana. Hence the research did not focus on the evolution of the CHS coding region - an enzyme,
that plays a role in the synthesis of color pigments in flowers or defense against herbivores – but on the flanking, noncoding
DNA. The group around Juliette de Meaux chose 28 different individuals of the A. thaliana species and sequenced the 5’-upstream DNA region.
The result: The nucleotide sequence within the DNA region was variable. The scientists then investigated whether this DNA region was functionally variable, that is whether it
contributed to variation of CHS-mRNA levels in plants. To do this, they used heterozygous plants (F1) in which parental DNA segments are brought into to the same cellular
background, which means that the different promoters were exposed to the same set of transcription factors. With this
approach the researchers found out, whether the promoter activity – here measured after light treatment or following herbivory – correlated with the nucleotide variation of the
DNA segment. Or phrased as a question:Have functional changes in the activity of the CHS promoter helped the plant to adapt to
its environment or not ?
The answer: Not in the recent past! Juliette de Meaux and colleagues were able to measure significant differences in CHS mRNA levels between different A. thaliana individuals
that were specifically due to promoter changes (by means of pyrosequencing, by the way). However, these functional differences did not translate into a skewed distribution of nucleotide variation on the 1339 basepair DNA fragment.
Such a phenomenon is termed “neutral evolution”: The nucleotide variation present on the DNA has not been “discovered” by natural selection to which outdoor plants are exposed. The scientists assume that the determined
nucleotide variation may constitute a potential reservoir for future adaptive bouts in an environment completely unknown, to all of us.

Alcuni scienziati del Dipartimento di Genetica ed Evoluzione (Prof. Dr. Thomas Mitchell-Olds) sono andati un passo più in là: hanno concentrato la loro attenzione sull´evoluzione di queste regioni “promoter” esaminando un frammento di
DNA della regione 5´ del gene calcone sintasi (CHS) in Arabidopsis thaliana, di circa 1339 nucleotidi. Quindi la ricerca non è stata indirizzata sull´evoluzione della regione

questo approccio i ricercatori hanno voluto scoprire se l´attività dei promotori – misurata qui dopo trattamento con luce o con erbivori – correlasse con la variazione del segmento di DNA. Formulato come una domanda: i cambiamenti funzionali nell´attività del promotore del CHS hanno aiutato la pianta ad adattarsi al proprio ambiente o no?
La risposta: non ancora! Juliette de Meaux e colleghi sono stati in grado di misurare differenze significative nei livelli di
mRNA CHS tra individui differenti di A. thaliana che erano dovuti in modo specifico a cambiamenti di promoter (per
mezzo di “pyrosequencing”). Tuttavia queste differenze funzionali non si sono tradotte in una distribuzione asimmetrica della variazione dei nucleotidi nel frammento di DNA di 1339 paia di basi. Tale fenomeno è noto come “evoluzione neutrale”: la variazione già presente sul DNA
non è ancora stata “scoperta” dal meccanismo di selezione naturale che agisce costantemente sulle piante in natura.

Some information about myself.
I have lived in Germany, Portugal and the UK between 2005 and 2015; in
2011 I started to collaborate with a translation agency in Portugal, in
2016, after a research period in the United Kingdom, I continued as a
project manager of scientific translations towards Portuguese and
Italian. Since 2017 I work as a freelance translator with main focus on
patents and chemical documentation, with occasional jobs in clinical
trials. I have built specific glossaries for patents and medical
documents through term research in resources such as Wikipedia, the
websites of the European Patent Office, European Chemicals Agency and
the Italian national patent office. In order to assure consistency and
accuracy I use professional software SDL Trados Studio 2017 and SDL
Multiterm. So far I have translated around 30k
words from German into Italian and 80k words from English into Italian. I
