Job Responsibilities:
• Manages localization and legal projects from beginning to end, working closely with internal and external resources.
• Liaises with clients to receive their requests/complaints/feedback on deliverables/service and reports them to the Team Lead (TL) to improve product and service quality.
• Adjusts project plans, workflows, schedules, resources, and quality control to achieve the best results and the highest margins.
• Creates reports on production activities at the TL's request.
• Contributes to maintaining the customer feedback log updated by reporting the feedback received for their work.
• Nurtures a healthy and profitable work relationship with vendors and colleagues.

Job Requirements:
a. Knowledge and Education:
• Master's degree in Languages/Translation/Interpreting/Communication/IT
b. Skills:
i. Computer Skills: Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite. Knowledge of the most popular CAT tools (SDL Studio, Phrase, MemoQ, etc.) is preferable.
ii. Language Skills: Fluency in English + one or more languages (preferably Italian/Spanish/French)
iii. Soft Skills:
• Multi-Tasking
• Good communication skills with multicultural acceptance
• Attention to details
• Fast adapting and Fast learner
• knowledge of Localization project management principles and techniques is a plus

Probation Duration: 3 month, extendable to 6 month based on performance review
