Source text - English Существенным для усиления агрессивности у самцов, как это не покажется на первый взгляд странным, является проживание с детства в товарищеских группах. Социальное давление в таких группах не выражено, уровень агрессии очень невысок, и потому последовательный опыт поражений, который существенно влияет на последующее поведение самцов, снижая проявление агрессивности, не приобретен, в отличие от мышей, проживающих или проживавших в сообществах с несформированными или нестабильными доминантно-субординантными отношениями.
При рассаживании в отсеки экспериментальной клетки, разделенной прозрачной перегородкой с отверстиями пополам, самцы должны быть взяты из разных домашних клеток и быть максимально выровнены по массе, поскольку разница в весе не только может предопределить исход поединка, но и может привести к тому, что в результате дистантной оценки друг друга, конфронтационные взаимодействия между особями вообще не разовьются, когда перегородка будет убрана. Выравненность по весу может явиться фактором, предотвращающим развитие инверсии с одного типа поведения на другой при дальнейших пересаживаниях побежденных самцов к другим победителям.
Большое значение имеет предварительный кратковременный сенсорный контакт: проживание двух самцов через перегородку до агонистических взаимодействий. В этот период животные осваивают незнакомую терри¬торию, маркируют ее, строят гнездо и определяют расположение отхожего места, то есть обустраивают свою территорию проживания. Происходит осваивание и адаптация к новым условиям, при этом животные видят, слышат и воспринимают запахи партнера, находящегося в соседнем отсеке. Было предположено, что постоянный сенсорный контакт ведет к эффекту аккумуляции воздействия видоспецифических сигналов феромональной природы, стимулирующих проявление агрессии у самцов мышей. При этом очень важен размер клетки. Увеличение может привести к снижению эффекта воздействия обонятельных сигналов, что может повлиять и на выраженность агрессивности. Уменьшение размеров клетки создаст условия сильного стресса, что тоже может повлиять на дальнейшее поведение самцов мышей.
Translation - Russian Strange as it may seem at first sight, the peer-rearing since infancy is an essential condition for enhancement of aggressiveness in males. In the peer groups social suppression is not pronounced, the level of aggression is low, thereby the pups do not acquire the experience of defeats, which is critical for their behavior later in life and reduces the manifestation of aggression as compared with the mice which have been or were housed in socially uniformed or unstable dominant-subordinate hierarchies.
Males for experiments in the cage divided by a perforated transparent partition are to be taken from different home cages and aligned as much as possible by weight since a difference in weight may not only predetermine the outcome of the encounter, but also to preclude the development of agonistic interactions between the individuals after the partition removal as a result of distant mutual evaluation. Alignment by weight may serve as a factor preventing the development of eventual behavioral pattern inversion in defeated males placed in the cages with other winners.
Of great importance is preliminary sensory contact: cohabitation of males in the same cage divided by a partition before agonistic encounter. During this time the animals are exploring and marking a new territory, nesting and establishing a soiling site (latrine), i.e. are developing the territory of habitation. While developing the territory and adapting to new conditions the animals see, hear and perceive the smells of the opponent in the neighboring compartment. It was hypothesized that continuous sensory contact results in accumulation of impact of species-specific signals of pheromone nature promoting aggression in male mice. Of much importance is the size of the cage. Its enlargement may reduce olfactory stimulation, which might influence the degree of aggressiveness. Reduction of cage sizes would create stressful conditions and might also strongly affect subsequent behavior of male mice.

1. Больной 31 года, поступил в клинику через 1 час после получения травмы (избит неизвестными) с жалобами на интенсивные головные боли, тошноту, рвоту, сильные боли в левой половине грудной клетки и нижних отделах живота, слабость. Из анамнеза установлено, что за 2 недели до травмы больной лечился в терапевтическом отделении одной из больниц города по поводу абсцедирующей пневмонии нижней доли левого лёгкого.
При поступлении состояние больного тяжёлое. Кожные покровы бледные. Температура тела 38,2°С. Число дыханий 24 в 1 минуту. Артериальное давление 100/60 мм. рт. ст. Пульс 104 удара в 1 минуту слабого наполнения и напряжения. Уровень сознания – умеренное оглушение, снижение критики, частично дезориентирован в месте и времени. Геморрагии изо рта и носа. Ушибленные раны лобной и левой височной области.
На основании клинических, лабораторных и инструментальных методов исследования выставлен диагноз: Тяжёлая сочетанная травма. Острая черепно-мозговая травма, перелом основания черепа в области передней и средней черепных ямок, ушиб головного мозга тяжёлой степени с очагами контузии левой лобной доли. Эпидуральный сгусток V3-4 в правой лобной доле, ушибленные раны лобной и левой височной областей. Тупая травма живота. Разрыв паренхиматозного органа. Гемоперитонеум. Закрытый неосложнённый компрессионный перелом ThXI, ThXII. Острый постпневмонический абсцесс X сегмента левого лёгкого.
Больной оперирован по экстренным показаниям. Произведена лапаротомия под наркозом. При ревизии брюшной полости в области левой почки обнаружена плоская ненапряжённая гематома, распространяющаяся на корень ободочной кишки. Выделена левая почка. В области ворот почки по передней и задней её поверхности обнаружен разрыв 1,0×0,5 см и 1,0×1,0 см, проходящий через ворота, в чашечно-лоханочную систему непроникающий. Разрывы зашиты атравматической иглой. На ушитый разрыв по передней поверхности уложена гемостатическая губка. Других повреждений в брюшной полости не обнаружено. В паранефральной клетчатке установлены три дренажа, один – в брюшной полости, один – в малом тазу. Операционная рана ушита послойно наглухо.

1. Patient, 31 years old, was admitted to the clinic 1 hour after injury (assault by strangers) complaining of severe headaches, nausea, vomiting, severe pain in the left half of the thorax and lower abdomen, weakness. From anamnesis it was found that two weeks before the injury the patient received treatment in the therapeutic department of one of the city hospitals on account of pneumonia of the left lung’s lower lobe complicated by an abscess.
At admission the patient’s condition is severe. The skin is pale, body temperature is 38.2°С. Breath frequency is 24 per minute, BP is 100/60. The pulse is 104 per minute, the beats are of weak filling and tension. Level of consciousness can be characterized as moderate torpor, reduced critical abilities, partial disorientation in place and in time. Hemorrhages from the mouth and nose. Contused wounds of the frontal and left temporal areas.
Based on the results of clinical, laboratory and instrumental examinations the diagnosis made was as follows: severe polytrauma, acute craniocerebral trauma, skull base fracture in the area of frontal and middle cranial fossae, severe brain contusion with contusion foci located in the left frontal lobe. Epidural clot V3-4 in the right frontal lobe, contused wounds of the frontal and left temporal areas. Blunt abdomen trauma. Parenchymal organ rupture. Hemoperitonium. Closed uncomplicated fracture ThXI, ThXII. Acute postpneumonic abscess of the X segment of the left lung.
The patient was operated by emergency indication. Laparotomy was performed under narcosis. During inspection of the abdominal cavity a flat tender haematoma was found in the vicinity of the left kidney, extending to the colon root. The left kidney was isolated. A 1.0x0.5 cm and 1.0x1.0 cm tear was found at the kidney hilus on the anterior and posterior surfaces stretching through the hilus to the renal calices-pelvis system without penetration. The tears were stitched with an atraumatic needle. Haemostatic sponge was applied on the anterior surface of the kidney. No other damages were found in the abdomen cavity. Three drainages were set in the perirenal fat, one drainage – in the abdomen, one – in the pelvis minor. The operative wound was closed layer-wise tightly.
