It is generally about pension insurance, but not only.
My primary purpose here (in posting this question) was to hear if it might be possible to use this term for group insurance (as it is used in the document), before I suggest that the origional text may not be too precise (accurate).
I agree that "collective bargaining agreement insurance" is a bit long, but still it is shorter than "insurance provided pursuant to the collective bargaining agreement"

IF you have a suggestion for a one-word term, that would be great (but that is seldom possible with a lot of Swedish terms)

NOT group insurance - see my discussion As the link posted by yourself and Sven illustrates, the type of insurance you are dealing with is not a group insurance. What is the context? The reason I ask is that English versions of Swedish sources use the term 'collective agreement insurance', which makes a lot of sense but only gets 535 Google hits. More hits for the term 'collective bargaining agreement insurance', so this might be right but seems quite an unnatural mouthful to me. If it's about apartment blocks or similar, could it be something like 'residents association insurance'? (I'd prefer an apostrophe: residents'.) I posted an answer for 'communal insurance (policies)' but promptly withdrew it, as I'm not at all sure it fits your context or is even correct; again, this gets relatively few Google hits (1,620). It seems the sense of an agreed policy needs to come across in any case.
