This *blood lily* came to bring us happiness. For these reasons, all the images we have collected in its process of growth will remind us that the spark of life is contained in the simplest things.

will remain in our memory ...contained in the simplest of things
This *blood lily* came to bring us happiness. For these reasons, all of the images that we have gathered over the course of its growth will remain in our memory to remind us that the spark of life is contained in the simplest of things."

will remain in our memory ... is in the simplest things
You could, instead of "For these reasons", "For this reason..." in singular. And also I would omit "contained" and some "of" you included in some sentences.
It would read: ""This *blood lily* came to bring us happiness. For this reason, all the images that we have gathered over the course of its growth will remain in our memory to remind us that the spark of life is in the simplest things."

Discussion
I have to confess that misplaced apostrophes are one of my greatest bugbears - in case anybody hadn't guessed! But, really, I didn't expect to see such things on a linguists' site...
You stay safe, as well!
If it were, the meaning would be "it is", since the apostrophe shows that something is missing. Here, the use of the possessive "its" is quite correct.
