Context: "Concurso para la adjudicación del suministro de aditivo mejorador de flujo en oleoductos. El Consejero Delegado señala que esta adjudicación es de importancia para la compañía, teniendo en cuenta cuál es la incidencia que tiene el mejorador de fluo en la actividad de los oleoductos. El mejorador de flujo es un polímero de alto peso molecular que, inyectado adecuadamente en la vena del líquido en un oleoducto, mejora la fluidez, al reducir las perdidas de energia por fricción."
