Spanish to English Medical Medical: Health Care

This is a medical term used in Spain which looks to streamline care given to patients by performing all procedures in the same day and, if possible, limiting the number of beds occupied.

"Consultas de Alta Resolución:
pacientes a los que se realizan las pruebas necesarias en el mismo día y reciben un diagnóstico u orientación terapéutica"

I'm looking for a widely-used medical term in English if one exists.
