Hi. I have an ECG report, the top of which contains the patient's details and the date of the test.
Next to "Paciente:" It says "AC", followed by the hash symbol and a long number.
Any ideas?

Another use of AC is Auscultación Cardíaca, but it would be unusual for the long number to refer to another document. I assume the document is in Spanish.
