Patient medical notes
I would be very grateful if someone could help with this term. It comes from a set of patient medical notes for a man admitted with dizziness and chest pain.
I am sorry if this question is elementary but I am quite stuck.
I understand the definition of anodyne (a pain relieving drug (noun) or something capable of relieving pain (adj))and most of the reference I have found for this uses the word as a noun. Perhaps I am misunderstanding its use here. If I had to make a stab in the dark, I would say it meant that the abdomen was painless, but I would have expected it to be worded differently. I have never seen this before I'm afraid. I really have no idea and need to ask your advice.
EXPLORACIÓN: BEG. Discreta palidez cutáneo-mucosa. PVY normal. No signos de fallo cardíaco. ACR: rítmico sin soplos audibles. MVC sin ruídos sobreañadidos. ***Abdomen anodino***. No edemas. Buenos pulsos pedios. TA 110/70. FC 50 lpm.
Your time and help are really appreciated, thank you in advance.

No abdominal findings
One of the findings during abdominal exploration can be pain, but there are other potential findings. "Abdomen anodino" refers to absence of findings.

abdomen unremarkable/normal
I think that "anodino" may be used here in the sense "insignificante".
We might say "unremarkable" or "normal" or NAD (no abnormailty detected.
For an interesting discussion of the use of "unremarkable":
