Algunas de las características que cumple una buena historia son las siguientes: habla sobre hechos, actividades o personas concretas que pueden ser identificadas por quienes las escuchan; alude a asuntos que son propios de una organización, pero que son compartidas por todos sus integrantes; promueve valores, formas de hacer o no las cosas, **dejando un aprendizaje** o transmitiendo una experiencia; y debe ser creíble y generar un sentido de identidad organizacional (Morgan y Dennehy, 1995).
Inicialmente, pensaba en traducirlo como "providing a learning experience" pero luego más adelante me aparece la palabra "experiencia"; por lo que sonaría un poco redundante.

The theory addresses the need to educate people for the knowledge age society, in which knowledge and innovation are pervasive.
Knowledge building may be defined simply as "the creation, testing, and improvement of conceptual artifacts. It is not confined to education but applies to creative knowledge work of all kinds".
