"enteros" are integers but cannot be negative numbers so if there is a possibility of a negative number, you cannnot use whole which include zero and positive numbers

or "13 digits and 2 decimals", but integer sound more common

I'd put "2" number so it is consistent with "13"

agree Richard Boulter : I'm with James: 'digits and decimals', with numerals, for a business setting. In my experience, only mathemeticians and chemists use 'integer' in English ... though I confess that I am neither of these. :)
