Terminada la inspección y considerada apta para consumo, la res ingresa al túnel de lavado donde un operario procede a su lavado con agua a presión, siempre en forma descendente.

Once the inspection is finished and it is considered suitable for consumption, the carcass enters the washing tunnel where an operator washes it with pressurized water, always top-down.
