| Hmmm, OK, thanks - I will think about "preparing"... for me, adecuación" is about "making adequate", "aligning with", but I find it's easier to say that than use it credibly in a sentence! LOL |

I'm offering this as a suggestion since it would seem to fit into the context you've given. It's not taken from the dictionary which is why I'm hesitant in offering it, but the Spanish word is obviously closely linked to adecuado.
I tried a quick google search and there are plenty of examples there where others have used it as a translation.
