Hi all,
I'm having trouble with this term. This is an IT support tool for the development of Drug Supply Reduction Programmes. There must be an English version for "ventanilla" but I cant for the life of me remeber what it is. Any help much appreciated. Here's a bit of context.

start up screens of the program
I believe that is what you want. Although it may be the start up screen of the operating system too as to when the computer first comes on, but my thinking is that you are referring to the actual programs start up screen. It may also be referencing a log in screen.
