@Gabriela - regularidad I'd say to translate this (and the other related question of yours), the meaning of 'regularidad' first needs to be established. I asked in another Discussion box if 'regular' meant students completed basically everything except their final exams. If so, then it appears students receive a grade, but the course (on their transcript) is flagged (or noted) with a distinction of less value, i.e., 'regular,' rather than 'aprobado'. Is this right?
