I have a university transcript of grades from Panama, and in one of the columns it says "C.Hor". I thought it was "carga horaria" but the numbers are too big to be hours (for example: 4101). Do you think it is some kind of code? I also have the course code in another column.

código horario
I'd translate this as "timetable code". I have no idea what it means, but I don't think that's your problem as the translator.
