Je dois traduire cette phrase en français.

"президент, на основии Устава, доверяет патентным поверенным РФ ..."

Je traduirais cette phrase de la façon suivante : "Le Président, conformément aux Statuts, donne procuration aux mandataires (de brevets) de la Fédération de Russie"

Pourriez-vous me donner votre avis s'il vous plaît ?

Les formalités sont très complexes. On peut s'adresser à un ingénieur-conseil en Brevet d'Invention. La liste nationale de ces Conseils est disponible gratuitement sur demande auprès de la Compagnie des Conseils en Brevet d'Invention à l'INPI.
