From pictures of кованые калитки on Google, these would be wrought iron gates in UK English; in the art world зскиз is usually a sketch (i.e. a rough preparatory design), and although some people use the term 'esquisse' this would not be appropriate in this particular context. Putting 'wrought iron gates' into Google will give plenty of references and comparable pictures.

I have presumed that this was for somebody who wanted to order a gate; if it was merely about someone sketching a gate, it would be 'Make a sketch of a wrought iron gate'.
