"guidelines" is certainly the wrong word... but here are the "guidelines" mentioned:

Could you please post more? Could you please post the preceding sentences? Without knowing what the"diretrizes" are, it's hard to translate the rest. (I've never heard the term 'guidelines' used in linguistics, so something else is going on here.)
