Gostaria de saber a melhor tradução para SUPERVENIÊNCIA DE SENTENÇA no seguinte contexto:
"Em 10 de dezembro de 2020 o recurso foi considerado prejudicado por SUPERVENIÊNCIA DE SENTENÇA."

I assume this is a civil case on appeal and not a criminal one where the Sentença is literally a sentence handed down.
I also considered single 'issue estoppel' stopping relitigation of a single issue and general 'cause of action estoppel' allied to the doctrine of 'res judicata'.
