Concurrent sentence
The match between cúmulo jurídico and concurrent sentence is not perfect because the US/UK judge imposes separate sentences of imprisonment for each crime and then orders that they be served concurrently, while the Portuguese judge calculates the sentença do cúmulo on the basis of what would otherwise have been the separate sentences for each offence.
Nevertheless, cúmulo jurídico = concurrent sentence is the best match, IMHO.
legal joinder
to join several claims against a defendant, but they also may be used by defendants desiring to assert multiple counterclaims or cross-claims”.
"Dicionário de Direito, Economia e Contabilidade", Marcílio Moreira de Castro, p. 105
"In law, a joinder is the joining of two or more legal issues together. Procedurally, a joinder allows multiple issues to be heard in one hearing or trial and is done when the issues or parties involved overlap sufficiently to make the process more efficient or more fair." - https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joinder
Example Sentences
"With regard to the plat sponsors, the appellants do not deny their status as necessary parties but instead argue that they received sufficient actual, although informal, notice of the pendency of the action so that their legal joinder was unnecessary." https://casetext.com/case/veradale-valley-v-county-commrs
"Where the offense charged in the second count is of the nature of a corollary to the original felony, as in larceny and the receiving of stolen goods, a joinder is good; and whenever there is a legal joinder, the court may exercise its discretion as to an election." https://www.courtlistener.com/opinion/3551344/state-v-link/?...
Combined sentence vs. civ. joinder of cases or crim. consolidation of actions
cometido em Y ... and em julgado em Z - if both Y and Z are places.

Discussion
Strictly speaking cumulative sentence, is a synonym of consecutive sentence, and is therefore not synonymous with cúmulo jurídico.
"cumulative sentence
n. when a criminal defendant has been found guilty of more than one offense, the judge may sentence him/her to prison for successive terms for each crime (eg. five years for burglary, three years for possession of stolen property) which add up and accumulate to eight years. The other choice would be to sentence the defendant to a concurrent sentence, in which the lesser term would be merged with the longer, they would run at the same time, and thus result in a five-year term in the example."
