'..um exercício de desnaturalização do olhar..' I suppose is going to be something like 'desanitization', or something that reflects on a new approach as to how the teacher will view his body subjects (the students), but I am not totally sure of my observation in this matter.

neutral Lindsay Spratt : I don't think 'deface' works here. To 'deface' a 'gaze' or 'glance' also sounds as though it has some weird literal meaning!

Thanks, Lindsay. I chose "deface", but it could be "distorted" or any other of the synonyms I put there for sample.
