I hope it's a typo, not intentional, cause I've never heard of "kwas mono- i diacetylowy" (there is a biacetyl, but it's not an acid).

Kuba is probably right, E472e is also known as DATEM- Mono and diacetyl tartaric acid esters of mono - and diglycerides of fatty acids.

However, there is also e472a which is Acetic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids. Which is a more literal translation, but it is not usually added to bread, whereas e472e is, so I suspect it is a typo.

Jeśli tak, to byłoby to: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids estrified by mono- and diacetyl tartatric acid.
