Looking at the photo, it is unclear (at least to me) exactly what this 探索機車輪金型 is.
Parsing this term, I come with 'search device' for 探索機, and 'wheel mold' for 車輪金型.
However this obviously doesn't make sense when put together. I tried googling the term,
but didn't come up with anything.
Does anyone know that this might refer to?

I think it means "mold for probe wheels" if it's about space probes or some other "explorers" with wheels. The mold may be just for tire rims if the wheels come with tires.
