Japanese term

組織力とは一プラスーを三ならしめる戦力のことである。

Japanese to English Bus/Financial Advertising / Public Relations
The whole paragraph is: 我社は組織力を武器として前進する会社である。組織力とは一プラスーを三ならしめる戦力のことである。

I'm assuming 一プラスー is a typo for 一プラス一, but does anybody have an idea what they're trying to say?

The power of organization means such power that makes one plus one equal three.

Sometimes it makes even three, four or bigger in an organized aggregate, that is the power of organization isn't it?

agree Can Altinbay : ...or so they are saying. I might even say "the strategic power to".
