there are several ways to translate it; I am more familiar with "term employment" and "indefinite term employment". I propose the above on the basis of a Google search and my experience.

You can use this translation followed either by "member of staff" or by "employee".
If it is the title of a vacancy, instead, you will want to use "permanent position".
