or, as was suggested "start line", but the customer should let you know exactly how this pushbutton has been labelled on the export version of the machine (unless they're going to label it on the basis of your translation).

This is just a guess.. I think we need to have some more context to be more precise.. (for example, marcia as gear or as running of a machine?? If it is about the running of a machine, than I think that "start" can be used.

Anyway hope it helps!!!

Push the "Start" button

I would just use "Push the Start button". Marcia, in italian, means to set going, to start going, so using more terms would probably be redundant.
