Italian to English Other Printing & Publishing

I'm translating parts of a contract, some of which is already in English, between a publishing house which is also involved in web design, advertising etc. and providing "news-worthy material", and another company, which I don't know much about other than it will be providing some "material". One of the sections, entitled "Restrictions" says:

in particolare non può mostrare alcun Materiale XXX e Materiale Tradotto da Materiale XXX che sia bloccato o altrimenti identificato come "non destinato alla pubblicazione"

this has been translated as:
in particular it may not display any XXX Material and Translated Material from XXX Material which is slugged or otherwise identified as “not for publication”

Does anyone know if "slugged" is the correct word? I can't seem to find anything in dictionaries or on line.
