E stato sottoposto a intervento chirurgico programmato di **concomeatoplastica** destra, per via retroauricolare, su pregressa mastoidectomia, in anestesia generale.
I have 'meatoplasty of the right ear via a retro-auricular approach', although I am very unsure about this. I have found one native English reference for 'retro-auricular' and a UK hospital article on 'meatoplasty'/'canalplasty', but am still not sure if this is actually the translation of 'concomeatoplastica'
