part of a description of a lobectomy. I assume frenico is phrenic, but am unable to find "frassi". Anyone know what it is?

Phrenemphraxis is the correct technical term. Depending on the expected audience, or if you need an alternative, you may use "phrenic nerve interruption", that is a procedure used to produce temporary or permanent palsy of the nerve.
