Italian term

Frenicofrassi

Italian to English Medical Medical (general) operation description - urgent
part of a description of a lobectomy. I assume frenico is phrenic, but am unable to find "frassi". Anyone know what it is?

phrenic nerve interruption

Phrenemphraxis is the correct technical term. Depending on the expected audience, or if you need an alternative, you may use "phrenic nerve interruption", that is a procedure used to produce temporary or permanent palsy of the nerve.
