XX affiderà ad una società specializzata la ricerca di eventuali brevetti già esistenti sui Prodotti in modo da evitare di utilizzare soluzioni già depositate. XX non potrà essere ritenuta responsabile in alcun modo nel caso in cui i Prodotti dovessero presentare soluzioni che non fossero emerse durante questa ricerca.

I know what they mean but I'm not sure if there's a particular way to say this.
