Repeat glossary rules Yes I feel you are right on this particular case ;-), unless you consider the last bit "usi consentiti". I feel that askers should definitely look, but feel entitled to ask again simply on the grounds that there are only two or three answers, or even because there are many more, but none that convince.

Kudoz rules I understand your point Jim, but askers should look at the glossaries FIRST. If they can't find anything there, or if the options found are not acceptable or applicable to their context, they should ask. The asker appears not to have even bothered to look in the glossaries first, because this sentence in particular has been translated several times (it's one of the common sentences used in the Italian certificates that many of us have translated from time to time) and has been stored in the glossaries multiple times in different slight variations as you said. Nothing against anybody, just to clarify an important Kudoz rule.

Repeat glossary entries This is in the glossary already. However, personally when I look in the glossary for my own use, I feel more reassured when I find a question has been asked and answered more than once. Also there are often slight variations in the answers (or even totally different answers) which I always find very useful when I search in the glossary.
