Italian term

strumenti a vista

Italian to English Bus/Financial Investment / Securities atto costitutivo azienda
Salve,

non riesco a trovare una traduzione adeguata della formula "strumenti a vista". La frase è:

La Società può raccogliere risparmio presso i propri soci ai sensi della vigente normativa ed a condizione che la stessa non venga attuata tramite strumenti a vista

Grazie!

sight deposits / demand deposits

Basically what this is saying is that the company may accept loans from its shareholders, but it can't offer current accounts with withdrawals on demand (sight) and provide the same services that a bank does. It does not have a license to operate as a bank.
You could use "callable deposits". It is tempting to put "sight instruments" but the term is not used in standard UK and US terminology.

neutral James (Jim) Davis : The term is deposit taking, not "collect savings" http://markets.ft.com/research/Lexicon/Term?term=deposit_tak...
