Could "forte" refer to a manufacturer? Is that why it's in inverted commas? If so, shouldn't it have a capital letter? Or is this some other kind of terminology?
TIA

Pietra Forte
Pietra forte is a traditional very homogeneous and highly prized grey stone widely used in Tuscany. It should not be placed between inverted commas, but, if anything, capitalised as Pietra Forte or run together as a single word "pietraforte"
