I need to know Indonesian

Non-PRO Indonesian to English Art/Literary
I was reading an English book and there were some terms in Indonesian too. I would like to know what does the below terms means? Please help me so that I can understand the text completely:

1. membrikan kepada
2. dengan segala hak kewajiban yang berhubungan dengan sebutan gelar yang dimilikinya
3. permilik ijazah ini dinyalakan lulus
4. mahasiswa

Hi Andreas,

For the first question:
- Memberikan kepada means to give something to someone.
From the context I think you are talking about a degree/title, thus we usually use "to endorse".

For the other questions, you are very welcome to ask for it, but please submit it one by one (ProZ rule).
