Literal translation: "sweet mother".
Translation depends on context. Adressing one's mother it might be rendered as "Mum, Mummy", translating an older text as "Mother dear" or "Beloved Mother" (in Hungarian then: "édesanyám" = my (dear) mother.
Talking about one's mother or the mother of another person it may be translated as "(my/your/his...) dear mother","(my/your/his...) mum" or just "mother".
