Ansässigkeitsstaates des Ef
ich brauche Hilfe um zu verstehen was mit der Abkürzung "Ef" hir gemeint ist.
Sachverhalt:
Brief des Finanzamtes na ein portugiesisches Unternehmen bezüglich den Vorsteuer-Vergütungsverfahren. Es geht darum einen Antrag in einem (Finanzamt-) Portal auszufüllen.
In einem Brief steht:
"Wir bitten den Antrag über das Portal des Ansässigkeitsstaates des Ef einzureichen." und "Der Ef hat die Anlage vollständig und korrekt bis zum 14.03.2016 auszufüllen."
Ist hier Ef das portugiesische Unternehmen gemeint, dann also das portugiesische Portal des Finanzamtes gemeint?
Ich habe Deutsch gelernt, hierfür reichen meine Kenntnisse leider nicht.
Kann jemand weiterhelfen?

When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.
* Note: non-member askers are not given the option of entering 'pro' questions; the only way for their questions to be classified as 'pro' is for a ProZ.com member or members to re-classify it.
