In the report, which is a brief summary of an outpatient visit, a section titled "Therapie/Medikamente Notaufnahme:" is followed by KU, BU. I am wondering if KU is for "Kurzuntersuchung" because only a brief examination was performed, but I am not sure about BU in that case. Suggestions?
