This is some kind of terms used in fashion web-page. It could be relating either shoes (boots) or clothing.
I am actually translating this to Japanese via English and the French-English translation I have for this term is SINGLE FABRIC TINTED FULLER.
It is difficult to imagine what it is.
Could someone help me, please?
Thank you very much.

Unique fabric dyed with Fuller's earth
Pretty tricky, especially without an image.
I think the "unique" must be used here as a marketing term (one of a kind, special, etc.) rather than "single".
And Fuller's earth seems to be used as a treatment for fabrics, ageing, weathering and dyeing leather for example - which would make sense for the boots. Could the clothing be leather too?
So I'm assuming it's a description of some innovative fabric, possibly leather, using Fuller's earth to make it look a certain way.
Hope that helps!
