if you would prefer to use a single noun, then "allocation" seems used a fair bit - do a google on ["credit allocation" +"mobile phone"] (or "cell phone") for typical usage.

Literally of course a godet is a container or cavity or cell...

Since godets refers back to "limited/unlimited credits" it indicates a of grouping of those credits. I don't know if there's an exact term out there, but you may not need to translate the term, just refer back to the allotted credits...
