"Gestion de flotte et VPN".

"Fleet management and VPN management" is an option, but "fleet management" doesn't seem to make sense since I don't think the reference includes mobile services. Could "flotte" mean anything else?

Thank you, everyone for your responses. I did some additional research and learned that the term means "equipment assets" in connection with fixed and mobile VPNs. This is not quite the same as "installed base". It can be the same as "plant" but "Equipment Asset Management" is what the add-on service provided by VPN operators is called. In this context, "fleet" and "mobile workforce" are not suitable, though in other contexts they may be. Thanks again!

Here are some other references from the same document. The meaning seems to be something akin to "account" or "account portfolio" or "portfolio of services". Any ideas/confirmation?
