Provision of services setting up exhibitions
In a consultation document about providing services for setting up exhibitions. The letters stand for "DCE : dossier de consultation des entreprises". the client says that this is an: "étape classique dans le déroulement d’une mission de maîtrise d’oeuvre de scénographie pour réaliser une exposition permanente ou temporaire." I can translate the phrase, but is there an equivalent English abbreviation? Any help gratefully received.

You shouldn't use unnecessary abbreviations. I would spell the phrase out in full unless it's repeated over and over again, in which case you could say " tender documents (TDs)" the first time.
