In mathematics, a relation can be either "necessary" or "sufficient", or both. The latter is by far the stronger relationship, often abbreviated to "iff" (if, and only if). Here your "sufficiency" relationships are "weak".

agree DLyons : "sufficiency relation" is probably more common.

agree B D Finch : A "sufficlency relation" could, I believe, be a table setting out "sufficiency relationships", so I would stick to "relationship".
