Management gobbledygook Hard to be sure without broader context, but my feeling is that dialectics proper has little or nothing to do with it and that Tony is closer to the mark with something like "Have an answer for everything" or "Always know what to say/Never be at a loss for words" or "Have the gift of the gab" and so on.

@Tony Indeed, there are multiple possibilities. Techniques for winning over? The art of persuasion? My provisional translation was "dialect strategies". Well the more suggestions the merrier! Keep 'em rolling!

@ Asker 'dialectical parrying' — though I still don't really understand what it means! Perhaps "having an answer to everything"? Or "Knowing how to put a positive spin on things" — perhaps ideas along those lines?
