I asked this in part in another question, which was for a longer phrase. It's in Congolese criminal proceedings regarding a minor: here is the full paragraph.
"Faisant état de la procédure le Tribunal se déclare saisi sur exploit régulier à l'égard de l'enfant en conflit avec la loi et du civilement responsable, mais se déclara à donner par l'huissier judiciaire assermenté près le Tribunal de Paix de ***, mais se déclara non saisi à l'égard des parties civiles, acceptèrent de comparaître volontairement toutes les parties civiles le Tribunal se déclara saisi à leur égard suite à cette comparution volontaire"
I understand the gist of the whole paragraph, but it's the "à donner" bit that has me stumped...

Hi Phil, I think you might be right. The punctuation (or lack thereof in certain places) suggests errors. I'm just wondering what "à donner" might be: is it saying that a lack of service of process kn the part of the Baliff means that aspect is pending (à donner...)? |

Please check the TXT. 'se déclarer à' isn't a French turn of phrase. Instead, you can say 'se déclarer prêt ou disposé à'
