Not really Julie. The rest of the phrase says "the above mentioned criteria" and then they continue discussing the subject in what is defined here as a "synthèse sectorielle". It is really an overview of the sector but since the concept is sometimes translated as "approach paper" I decided to pick my colleagues'brains. But I see everybody is also in two minds.

Vigilance plans have to do with the duty if vigilance law.
The XXX are names that cannot be disclosed, as usual.

It sounds like "sector summary", but it would be nice to know what the sector is.
