French term

Ndec

Non-PRO French to English Other General / Conversation / Greetings / Letters abbreviation
Report on street children in Senegal (voluntary translation). Table giving data on where some street children come from. Under 'Autres pays' we have GBissau (Guinea-Bissau), Gambia, Mali, and then 'Ndec" (with an accent on the e).
Any ideas most welcome. Hope I'm not missing something completely obvious!

number of decimal digits

difficult to be sure with so little context, but after a bit of research on the Web, this is what it could be.
Ndec: nombre de décimales
