I am translating a list of products for a retailer's website from French to British English. The product is a "Cisaille de jardin/Sculpteur de haie 2-en-1".

I was thinking along the lines of "2-in-1 Garden Shears/Hedge Trimmers", but the long handle and wheels on the product is giving me doubts. Maybe it is some kind of fancy lawnmower. Anyone got any ideas on an appropriate translation for this device please?
