Apprenticeship plasterer
This is from a list of tasks under "RÉFÉRENTIEL PROFESSIONNEL DE FORMATEUR PLAQUISTE" which one needs to be able to complete to qualify for the European framework EQFV -Number 3 in the list iss checking the work site , number 4 putting up one's scaffold and then comes number 5. I am a little uncertain of the very simple words -do they refer to reception of materials? Or does "condtions de reception" refer to the situation in which the work was accepted? But as number 6 is about storage and stocking, perhaps this refers to reception of goods? I feel a word is missing "réception des materiaux" would make it clear. Anyway, all comments help as always much appreciated. Here is the entire task qualiifcation number 5:

specifications of supplies delivered
My comprehension is that the drywall worker (mechanic, installer) is in charge of dealing with deliveries of supplies. This entails he must review each material delivered to know whether their specifications match the orders'. He must report to his supervisor because only the latter can deal with suppliers in case of discrepancy between orders and deliveries.

Aptitudes de niveau IV EQF
You are very probably correct about "réception des materiaux" and are these tasks to be performed by the "formateur" or by the trainee under the "formateur"'s supervision? The reporting to the manager is probably with regard to the condition of the goods received and their packaging as well as any relevant information about the way the delivery was conducted, the weather conditions at the time etc.
